Warped tour is over I’m at Sheffields studio in L.A. gonna be here for a bit, I was gonna go to San Francisco for a while but plans change, weird shit happens.  it’s all a rOlLeR cOaStEr ya know. ups and downs.  I like reading Blogs from people I know I don’t keep in touch well. I hope I don’t gain the weight back. I’m going to Burning man…. hahahahhahahhaaha  not sure when this party’s gonna end?

Warped Tour Update

I’m 31!!!! how did that happen? well whatever I’m still young. I have no clue how to update this thing anymore, I think I might give up on it soon.  I almost died in Austin on July 4th cause I drank to much, I have not had a sip of alcohol since.  that’s not easy I miss drinking beer.  I was in a mustache contest in Cleveland where I got second place (picture of my stash below) I’m in N.Y. right now and my parents are gonna come out. I smell, I think I’m doing a Canadian tour after warped for 2 weeks with a band called The A.K.A’s they will be out with Anti Flag.  that’ll be cool.   I’m not sure what I’m doing after that… I’m trying not to think about it. anyway I guess that’s it.  I miss Brooklyn and Patrick Carrie and Jessica and Sheffield

Fascist Cops

so yesterday I was about to get on the train to go to the city and right before I was about to go down the stairs to the train I put a Jon Cheese sticker on the wall and some guy yells at me and says “hey take that down” and I say “why” and he pulls out a badge and says “cause I’m a cop” so I pull the sticker off the wall and continue to walk down the stairs to the train and he says “hold on a second do you have any ID?” and I give him my license and he starts to write me a ticket and I ask him “what the ticket’s for and does he really need to write me a ticket I took it down… Long story short this asshole cop writes me a ticket for posting a sign without permission and another ticket for littering!!!! LITTERING… I look on the ground and say I didn’t litter anywhere  and the asshole cop says ”me and my partner saw you toss the sticker on the ground”… and I’m like what the fuck???  I say ”are you kidding me you know you are lying, you are standing here looking at me and lying,  and he got in my face and said ” are you calling me a liar?” and for some reason I thought it was illegal to accuse a cop of lying so I said no… (I should have kept going for it) I go to get the sticker out of the garbage and the cops like I wouldn’t do that, that will get you another ticket for unlawfully removing city trash… fuckin ASSHOLE cop…

I can’t even fight it cause my court date is June 22 and I’ll be on warped tour…

I spent the entire day watching netflix movies and youtubeing. you tu being yo utu bein g.  whatever.  I leave for tour soon and I can’t fuckin wait. my knees all fucked up.  I’m at work right now. not into it, not doing anything.

I have a headache. I think it might be cause I am drinking a beer and I have not had a beer in like 4 days… that’s a long time… I lost $400 playing poker last night… that sucked my boss was not at work today so I watched Weeds on Netflix.  that was cool.   My good friend Matt rubin interviewed me for his website… I love his website I go there at least once a day to see if he updated it. the link is below.
