i’ve worked out almost every day on this tour, I run 2.5 miles every morning and then do a bunch of other exercises. I still eat like shit and don’t really have any desire to change my diet, I mean a little but not as much as i should…. well i’m breaking a big sweat every morning I really need to just cut out those 3-4 beers I have every night
